I bought mine in Sep 2017, it is a great bit of kit, it's been camping lots, hangs up easily or sits on a surface. It is bright enough to illuminate the main tent area. To read by; I have to being it a little closer than hanging at roof height. The magnet means you can stick it to stuff. It re-charges well and you can find the buttons in the dark. It is so small, it is easy to pack. I use it in the shed when at home or if there is a power cut. I really like mine and want another for this summer's camping trip. You can buy brighter lights if you need to illuminate a big space but for its size, you would be hard pushed to get something better.

Bought this as a replacement for another LE torch/lantern model that wouldn’t recharge. I was sceptical that the 280 lumens on this model would fall a little short of the previous defective 500 lumen model I had returned but I need not have worried. This little powerhouse of a lantern is way bright enough, compact and useable for power outages at home too. It has magnets built in so will stick to my fridge and allows enough light to illuminate the kitchen. It also has a built in USB recharging cable and hook for easy hanging. Would recommend.

I LOVE these lights. I have now bought 2 for myself, and I have convinced my fellow scout leaders to buy themselves their own. The magnet is so helpful. Most mess tents have metal poles, which make quickly turning on and off lights around camp so simple. Their battery lasts a long weekend camp. I have even used these lights around my home for random DIY projects because they are that convenient. If you need a lamp, get yourself one of these!

It's on the heavy side to be sure but it's very bright at max setting, goes quite low. The downside it loses a star for is it's a heavy lump but that's because it has a sizeable battery in it so it will last a long, long time, several long nights in fact. What you also get is it's got a usb out socket you can charge other items from - or power a airpump that doesn't have its own battery or in my case my phone when I was running out of change on my bank. If you're one who asks cafes and pubs to charge you up then you've got two things instead of one so you get more juice.

I’ve already bought two of these and I’m planning on buying two more of them too. Really love these lights. They’d be great during any power outage/cuts. They really do light up a whole room just as good as any lightbulb. Excellent service and product from the seller. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend. UPDATE: and yes I finally got around to buy two more of these for my garden shed and once again I haven’t been disappointed in anyway whatsoever. They really do light up the whole shed. I bring them indoors once every two weeks just to give them a charge which means I’m never without light should I need to pay the shed a visit at night time. They really are brilliant little lights for uses all around the home as well as any outdoor activities. Who knows, I might even more of them.

I bought three to light up an outdoor market display now that it's getting darker in the afternoons. These are great - strong magnets plus hooks on the back are good for positioning the lights and they give about 12 hours of illumination on the lower setting which is perfect for what I'm doing/could easily light a large room in a power cut if needed. For camping I think one light would do for a good-sized tent. The integrated USB chord is another plus - it can't get lost or mixed up with other little charging leads. Haven't tried using as a power bank yet but it's another great design feature I'm sure will come in useful. Quick to charge/clear charge level indicator on the back, robust (I've dropped a couple of times with no damage), cope with a bit of rain, fit in a pocket & just fantastic for outdoor lighting. I'm sure they'll come in handy year-round. Fast delivery, good price - best buy for ages !!!

Very bright with 2 lamp levels, 2 spot light levels of brightness and an SOS flashing mode. I didn’t try it but it can also act as a small power bank. I took this on a 5 day motorcycle tour and it’s small and compact enough that finding space wasn’t a problem. Hangs in the tent without being obstructive as it doesn’t hang too low.

estan muh buen pero las primeras con el cable fijo y otro tipo de led. abarcaban muchisimo e iluminaban muchisimo. los nuevos modelos alumbra ocmo una linterna, y no sirve para colgarla por ejemplo de camping y que ilumine a todo el mundo. solo ilumina abajo. deberian volver a los primeros modelos. que arrepentido de no haber comprado más. En vez de mejorar empeoraron.
