D-MANNOSE is a natural sugar which is found in cranberries and other plants. It is gently extracted using enzymes to produce a premium quality powder which is then made into a convenient easy to take tablet form.

D-Mannose is a simple sugar which isn't metabolised by the body or used for energy, instead it passes through the urinary tract where it adheres to undesirable bacteria. It doesn't affect blood sugar levels and so is an effective way to maintain a healthy bladder and urinary tract. Suggested directions: As a food supplement, take 1-2 tablets every 2-3 hours with water, depending on the level of support you need, up to a maximum of 14 tablets per day. As a preventative or maintenance dose take 1 to 2 tablets daily (one in the morning, one before bedtime) As with all D-Mannose products, if your symptoms get worse or do not clear within 48 hours, consult a doctor. Storage Directions: Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a cool dry place, away from direct heat or sunlight.
