Lang Lang: The Chopin Album

Without doubt Lang Lang is one of the most gifted classical pianists in the world today. He combines his unique technical virtuosity with emotion.However, audiophiles looking for this classic album on vinyl beware. I have purchased four copies of this double album on vinyl from various sources (including Amazon). I am yet to find a copy that is not warped. I have contacted Sony (probably the biggest record company in the world) to request an explanation for this. No answer as yet...

This is best Chopin on two counts.Lang Lang gives the best performance of Chopin I have ever heard.The recording is so very clean and great to listen to on my Hi-Fi.

I love piano music and bought this album for my husband who is a big band pianist. The music is so lovely and Lang Lang is a very accomplished pianist who is popular all over the world.I put the album on as backgrund music sometimes and I find that it's good therapy and very relaxing.Yes- I do recommend tis album to others and hope to add more of him to our collection.Thank YouS.Jones

Father inlaw loves his music

As Chopin has for 60 years been my favourite composer and I not only learned a lot of his music when in my teens but have listened to many different pianists playing his compositions. I was quite impressed with Lang Lang as he seemed to put a slightly different slant on some of the pieces. I would rcommend this to anyone. Also the DVD with it is very interesting.
