Currently restarting my aquarium after a snail influx and invested in a new light as the old one had condensation in and 4 leds gone green, the new light is very bright and has 10 settings to dim it down to get the comfort level of lighting you want. The timer is a nice feature of setting the light to come on for 3/6/12 hours and it gradually turns on and off. Not put it in the tank but did stick it to the outside of the tank which is clean to find it was on the floor this morning, so suckers not so good as advertised.Light colour changes is really good, don't know if it can be set up with the timer to swap from white to blue on the timer.Didn't come with instructions and states on the box if it doesn't then contact seller for an e instructions (but getting hold of Amazon is nigh on impossible) so looking at the pictures and video on the listing is how I worked out what is what.People have mentioned that it's cheap in price and well made, but this is the dearest one that I have ever bought and hopefully lasts to cover the price.

The media could not be loaded. This led light has just been delivered...and iv put the light on the aquarium lid i never submerge any electrics not even the heater wire. I switched on and WOW FANTASTIC bit of kit....its bright and when you put the daily timer on it slowly goes up not to scare your fish it even brings out the colour of the fish...i will try and send a vid as well thank you and amazing.

I don't do reviews but this time I need to. This product good.Very bright just a shame you don't have a remote with it to use.Thankyou.

Was delivered quickly and as described, easy to setup after reading instructions and built in timer is very handy. Very happy with the output of the light, the only criticism would be, as some others have mentioned, the suction cups are not brilliant. I used on the existing lid (might be different if applying to the glass) they stuck but do come off after a number of days and need to be pushed down again or mount differently. Overall I'm happy with the light and would recommend.

This light replaced the the obsolete fluorescent tubes in my Juwel Trigon 190 fish tank. Faced with prospect of paying £130 for a replacement LED light unit by Juwel I decided to try a non-standard replacement. I removed the end caps and power cable from the old hood and super glued two of the rubber suckers where the rear tube had been. The 58" tube fitted neatly in place and the end result is really pleasing. This LED tube is just as bright as the the old fluorescent tubes and far more adjustable to give you your preferred colour mix and brightness.

The suction cups are useless and after 18 months the light no longer works.However, I have bought the same as a replacement as it is low cost and once mounted without the supplied cups, it works nicely.

Excellent product, very easy to set up the timer. Would highly recommend.
