"Made in USA" may mean the cloth came into US from India ( or somewhere else) but any ssttchg or assembly was done in US. I bought some for my daughter and they seemed OK considering the price. I washed and dried them for her and didn't see any shape distortion as someone else reported. Hard to tell how long they will last. They're not the finest quality, but not such a bad buy if you beat up dish towels the way we do.

Q: Is There a hanging loop? If so is it in a corner or in the middle top? Is the stripe down the center of the towel or or the ends?

There is a white, chevron ribbon that goes across one corner which is the "loop". The stripe is down the center.It' a nice towel IMO.

Q: Do any of you have success using regular chlorine bleach with these?

I use 3-4 of these per day so have to wash every 3 days and have washed them probably four times already . Using a regular Clorox HE chlorine bleach I've had no issues with the towels so far. I am very aggressive using these towels, everything from drying dishes to wiping up my 3 Great Danes water puddles from drinking, so they get very dirty. Wiped up beet juice with one and there was no stain left after washing it with bleach. After wiping up water puddles the dirt from my floor (remembering I have 3 full grown Great Danes so my floor gets pretty dirty) it got the towel very dirty but after washing it with bleach there was only a slight impression of the brown streaks still left but I doubt this is average use of the towel. I was so impressed with the towels absorbance, size, feel and durability that two days later I ordered 24 more (like I said I use ALOT of towels) so now I only have to wash once a week.

They are a nice towel. A little large for a standard size napkin, but in a casual setting they'd be ok. Watch the colors. Red is more maroon, blue is purplish, and charcoal is greige.
