This pillow has been great for many things. I got it to help posture with my arms when playing video games or reading. Using the pillow under my arms gives me an actual physical feeling that supplements my body shape and posture. It is also great to lie on, as it is firm and supportive. However, the only issue, and its pretty big, is that it is awful for a head pillow. It may seem obvious, but using it as a head pillow has caused my extreme neck and head pain beyond what I ever had. But that makes sense because this is not for that purpose. For what it IS supposed to be for, does it very well.

Very comfortable, a bit like being held, I melted into it as soon as I tried it. No smell at all, the pillowcase was easy to add and very clean and well-made, smooth fuzzy texture. Zippers are nice, plastic and smooth, there are no weird tags or anything sticking out.I'm uncertain about how it'll be to wash it and it's an odd size so I have it wrapped in a sheet to act as a pillowcase. That also keeps the extra little ties contained.I wish it had a bit more support or was taller, it's not great support for sitting on its own but it's nice for lying down just as it is. With another pillow in the right spot I can make it work for both and that's how I'm sitting now, with a stiffer memory foam pillow above it with a plaid covering and the two loops behind me under that in a blue sheet. Looks a bit messy since I'm still figuring it out but it's very comfy, SO much better than just 2 normal pillows stacked.

We bought for our daughter for Christmas, but I use it more than her. It is super comfy and supportive. It sort of envelopes you and keeps you nestled in. It provides good support under my knees and my neck. I use it when I read. I happy she rejected our gift because now it’s mine.

I'm a strange one. Because sleeping in a bed makes my lower back hurt when I first get up, I have slept in a recliner and/or hammock for several years. On the occasion that I had to sleep in a bed, I would prop myself up on many pillows, but by morning I'd slipped down to basically a lying flat position. A few nights of this, & I was in agony for a couple hours each morning. I bought this pillow in the hope that I could stay propped up throughout the night. I absolutely love it!. As you can see by the pictures, I have it propped up with other pillows behind it. The second picture shows a pillow I also lay across the pillow to help support my lower back . I'm only 5'2" so I am fairly small. I am able to curl up, flip from side to side, and even stretch my legs out fairly straight. As I said, I absolutely love this pillow. It is allowing me to sleep in a bed again!

I got one of these for myself, and when my daughter came over a few days later, she laughed, because she had one sitting in her cart. So I treated her to it, and she loves it. It's a bit odd-looking, and it does take up a lot of space on, say, a couch. But oh, it's comfy, and it's versatile.What it doesn't do: it doesn't hold you up by itself. If you're looking for something that you can sit in the middle of a room and lean back on, this isn't it. But if you already have any form of support behind you (wall, headboard, couch arm), this becomes a very cozy spot.

I love how comfortable this is it’s big enough that I was able to curl up in the middle. I slept like a baby with this. And when I wanted to use it to lean again I would just fold it in half and have enough support

Bought this for post dmx knowing I would have to sleep on my back for weeks. I put it on my bed with my pillow under the head of it to keep it propped up. If you are needing it for the same reason I did have to have help getting out of it for the first week very awkward to get out of. But I absolutely love it and am so glad I bought it. Would highly recommend

Originally I bought this for movie nights relaxing in bed, And now it is used here, there, and everywhere.To the point where I am going to have to purchase another to eliminate it being taken over by othersOut of the box it was flat and squished in wrapping, which once I cut open the shrink wrapping, the pillow inserts fluffed up beautifully with ZERO odor. The coverings are well made with beautiful stitching, no loose threads, no holes or pulls. The zippers on the covers are smooth operating and stay closed once zipped regardless of the abuse the pillow seat takes. The covers went on like a dream, no figuring or fumbling or or degree in physics required. Then there is the fact that it can be used in SO many ways as described, for support or to cuddle into. As a back chair or back support with almost the equivalent of a lap desk to hold a tablet, computer or book so it has a measure of support. The added neck support piece in my opinion is a must have, and is easily removed. the cover washed easily, no shrinkage and was as easy to put back on as fresh out of the box. All around wonderful, so if you are hesitant don't be.
