Q: Is the sound effected with Video's? Does it block sound when recording?

From my experience sound is not blocked and the microphone still works perfectly

Yes! I applied the lens protector and the case fits perfectly around it

Q: Is there an option to buy just the front screen protector part? If I remove or change cases I'm afraid the fingerprint area will get ruined.

I think it comes the way it is. It has a special fingerprint spot. I have not used it. I like the case alot.

Q: Does is get in the way of speaking on the phone or listening to music ?

No it doesn't. Everything works just fine.
