I recently had an operation, was recovering at home and wanted a laptop stand that would allow me to work from my recliner. After looking at numerous options I was frustrated that most lacked either the flexibility, quality construction or reasonable price point I was looking for. When I finally found this desk/stand, I was optimistic and the good reviews convinced me to give it a try.It came with Amazon’s usual efficiency and was well packaged. This is definitely an IKEA type project, meaning you have to construct the desk yourself from all the bits and pieces they send. No tools are required and everything was easy to understand, but you do have to have a bit of mechanical ability to construct it. Everything went together easily and it is obviously well made and a well thought out design. (Good hardware, nice chrome finishes and powder coating).Once together, I was impressed with the overall quality and design. The flexibility of the top to pivot 360 degrees is key to this models appeal. It allows you to position the base as needed and have the top in the position that works best for you. The tilt mechanism allows the to to be angled comfortably and the height adjustment is great. This is a very versatile stand.In use, I found that the wheels made the base too high to go under my recliner and I was pretty disappointed as I could not get the stand close enough. After contemplating the problem for a bit, I decided to take the wheels off and replaced them with a set of six felt pads along the base arms. Problem solved and the stand slides around my wood floor with ease.In use, this stand does exactly what I wanted. I can get my laptop right up close to me as I sit upright in the recliner and put it at a position that is the most comfortable for me. It allows me to adjust the height and top position almost infinitely to insure a good working posture no matter what chair I’m sitting in.I am quite pleased with this purchase. It is well designed, of high quality materials, sturdy construction and works well for my needs. For the price, it is a bargain. I definitely give it two thumbs up! 👍👍

I was impressed by how functional and thought out the product design is. Installation was a breeze and it took roughly 30 minutes to put together. It is sturdy enough to not distract me from doing work. I love the comfort of the ease of mobility and how it fits most seating scenarios. I am truly pleased with this purchase and would recommend for anyone looking for something lightweight, sturdy, and functional product.

This thing is pretty cool. I had been settling for a sad little tray table for working during the pandemic. I find my couch to be the most comfortable place to work with the exception of laptop setup. Anyway, I wanted something that was easily movable because the tray table just was difficult to get out of the way. I actually find this very ergonomic for working from the couch. I don't raise it up at all, but I do have it in a pretty good tilt. I use a wireless keyboard and mouse and it's awesome! I don't have to strain to reach the keyboard is I use it because of how nice and low this can sit. I did buy a floor protector thing to make it easier to roll under the couch because otherwise it would get caught on our rug. This makes the perfect combo.One tiny gripe I have is the small side table: I don't really use it so it would be nice if it was removable. I think it would be easier to touch this away if it didn't have small table. It probably would be really useful if I was using this as a standing desk, but since I'm not I find it a bit obtrusive.All in all, a very useful piece of equipment. I wish I had bought it sooner in the pandemic. I may use it as more of a standing desk in the future (it could be easier to maneuver this part too). It is most metal and I find it sturdy.

Working permanently from home, my company gave us new 17" HP laptops to use in our tech support position. As we connect to government networks we needed a perfectly safe work-only computer for vpn'ing into government office networks. With a 24" monitor sitting on a TV snack tray behind it, this stand is perfect. Allowing for table tilt and swivel and for adjustable height and being on wheels it totally fits the needs that I required. It is sturdy and allows for wheeling it into another room to work from the couch or kitchen. A great, well thought out and designed laptop stand. Everything was spot on as far as assembly, all holes and bolts perfect alignment and fit, and the necessary tools included for assembly. I feel like I got my money's worth.

We purchased this for our laptop and when it arrived, was nicer in person that we expected. The laptop sat nicely on the tabletop and it easily moved around on the floor. However, we are sending it back due to the fact that the table top is tilted LEFT so the laptop isn't level. The base is all good and level as well as the mousepad top. It has to do with a poor weld that attaches the arm to the table top. It is not level at that point, so without one that is welded level... this is likely to happen again. After looking through reviews again, we see someone else got one with the same issue. Our box was new and the item was new, not a return. It contained all of the pieces and instructions for assembly. It has a nice adjustment for sitting on our sofa and using the laptop as well as a nice range for tilting table top if you wish. This is fairly sturdy and would have suited our needs very well, if not for the poor weld that caused the entire top to be tilted toward the floor. Hopefully, others will get a better product.

I have ordered 3, but all three are bit different issues.1st table was okay, but main desk is not straight.2nd table has issue as base H on the bottom is not straight, so when i move around it is not stable.3rd table has most issue as more than half of screw is missing.the desk concept is great, but since it is not identical with much issue..... no
