Knee Pillow for Sleeping

I have knee osteoarthritis and meniscal damage and having my knee twist even slightly while sleeping was painful. I initially used a "pillow" that was like a knee pad and covered the painful side, that was ok, but this one encircles the knee you can adjust the tightness and its very soft and comfortable. It comes with an extra little pad in case there is an area you want to have padded even more. I'm thankful for this product. It does slip down when you walk but when in bed it generally stays in place. I can wear it over pajamas whereas with the knee pads type pillows, you have to wear it under clothing.

This pillow permits ache-free side-sleeping once again. What a relief! The velcro holds fast on the larger pillow. No slipping or falling off at night. The pillow is made with a soft, cotton material versus bulky memory foam. The smaller pillow can be used on either leg or to enlarge the main pillow. I've purchased countless knee/leg pillows over the years - all eventually tossed in the garbage. This is a keeper.

I bought this leg pillow to help the osteoarthritis in knee when I sleep at night. I like it because it is soft and provides a good amount of cushion all around my knee. It keeps my joint warm and that helps when I get up out of bed, I can begin walking immediately without having to wait for my knee joint to start working. Sometimes it slips down on my leg while sleeping, but it can be easily moved back up on knee. The only thing I can really criticize this product for is the Velcro, it wears out too soon. After 5 months of nightly use, I'm looking at having to replace the knee pillow or add more Velcro. I will try the Velcro first because I think the product is a little too pricy to have to be replacing it every 6 months.

I have been using this leg wrap one week now. I like that the wrap can provide a one, two, or three layer cushion. I have always slept on my side, which after 70 plus years has caused nerve damage in the inside of my right knee. I have tried pillows (too thick or big), sponges (too firm), cotton T shirts (don't maintain needed thickness), and various knee braces (did not help for varying reasons). This wrap is soft, just the right thickness, and stays on my leg as I roll from side to side at night. It does fall down to my ankle if I get out of bed, but otherwise it is helping to reduce the joint pain I experience.

This product is far beyond in function than all the other products I have found to prevent back pain while sleeping. All the competitor products don't work because they fall off during the night making them ZERO effective. This product is the ONLY product one can put on, adjust nice and snug and it won't move or fall off. Save yourself the hassle and money and buy this one verses all the other junk on the market that does not work at all.

I tried sleeping with this for 3 nights, then threw it in the trash. It will only stay in place if you don't move and don't use any covering. It's soft and pretty, but useless.

Was not all that comfortable for me, maybe others would feel differently. After Knee Surgery I thought this would help with sleeping on my side but did not help at all too thick I think to work well.

Really soft & helps sleeping. Husband uses it on his bad knee.

My husband finds this extremely comfortable for his arthritic knees.

Great idea re being able to adjust the size. But it is so bulky that it worsened my hip pain. It also does not stay in place. The inner fabric should be much less slippery to hold it in place. Thinner wrap except for the central 6 inches or so. Because it is so thick, when you try to sleep on the same side as the knee that you have it is on, it adducts (moves toward centre line) the hip into an uncomfortable position.
