This is a Li-Po battery (Lithium Polymer), not Li-On (Lithium Ion).

Q: How do i recharge this battery? i have resmed airsense 10 and have connected the battery to the cpap machine. when i plug in charger to wall outlet

The instructions that come with this power bank are very poor so, forgive me if my answer is too detailed but, I'm unsure of what your problem is, so I'll start from scratch. With the Maxoak "battery", you should have received an all-black charging wire with 6 x 2 1/2 inch adapter, labeled "SWITCHING POWER ADAPTER". One end is the plug which goes into a wall outlet and the other end has a small [1/4 inch diameter] adapter with a black ring at the tip. The tip is inserted into the right side of the "battery" where a rubber gasket says OUT5V2.5A IN25.2V3A. Lift the rubber gasket [where the triangular arrow indicates] and you will see a small round hole. Insert the adapter [with the black ring at the tip] into the hole. The battery charge level should read the % charged, without the need to turn the machine on. Once fully charged, remove the charger. There are many adapters included in the box and this can be confusing. The cable that I use has a 1.5 inch red tag wrapped around it and is labeled "DC24v Resmed Airsense 10". [NOTE for other CPAP users: The same adapter works for my "Aircurve 10"]. Plug the small-diameter-end of the adapter FULLY into the left side of the "battery" where it is labeled 24V/6A and plug the wider-diameter adapter into where your CPAP power cable was previously attached. Press and hold the power button until the screen turns on [about 3 seconds]. Press the DC button to confirm the dc voltage [about 1 second]. Press the power button again [1 second]. This last step is very important. Don't forget this final step. Now your CPAP should work. If that doesn't help contact Maxoak customer service; I've found them to be responsive.
