Fit and works good 9950x3d
It’s thermalright their a good well known brand. It’s a contact frame. It’s am5. It’s solid. It fit and mounted nice. It looks cool. It was simple to install. It was put over a 9000 series. Temps are fine but it’s also paired with a 360aio I just really wanted one.

Money well spent!
Nothing mind blowing, but it does look cool (for the short period you get to see it, lol). It's a quality contact frame, easy to install (using the supplied tool which is a bonus alongside the thermal paste). Money well spent. My temps are fine, actually on par with my previous build which had an AIO (switched to air cooling), and this contact frame may or may not influence that.

Nice...
You gotta get this for your build. It's inexpensive and beneficial for proper cooling. Plus it is extremely satisfying and incredibly easy to place this over your CPU. It fits like a jig saw puzzle piece lol. It also makes the build look clean and refined. I'd probably wouldn't use that thermal paste that is included but it doesn't hurt to have it if your in a pinch.

PERFECT AM5 CPU HOLDER
Perfect CPU holder plate! Easy install, CPU AM5 sits perfectly! Highly recommend getting, especially because it catches the excess thermal paste if applied a little too much!

Does the job, ignore the thermal paste
I guess my review is more of the thermal paste. The Frame does the job, holds the CPU in place and reduces thermal paste overrun. But I'd suggest to use a different thermal paste than the one they provide. Using a Thermalright Assassin Spirit 120 V2 Plus with the TF7 thermal paste, my 9700X shoots up to 95*C on Cinebench. Replaced with Arctic MX4 and under Cinebench, hovering around the mid 80*C.

Nice touch for looks and function!
Love this plate! It added security to the cpu as well as add a nice aesthetic to the build. Will continue to use these in all of my future builds

Fit perfectly on two different AM5 boards from Asus.
I wasn't sure about these but I have read about the ihs bending issues with AM5 (and some of the newer intel chips) so when I got my 9800x3d I figured I'd try to avoid ruining an $800 chip by bending it. The thing looks great (I went with the red option) and fits into the place of the old cpu mounting bracket perfectly. I can imagine there might be some cooler compatibility issues with edge cases but I have not had any. It's built really well, at least as well as a single machined piece of aluminum can be. It doesn't seem to impact cooling negatively or positively in my experience as it doesn't really interface with the coolers it goes around the chip to keep an even pressure around all edges to prevent bending. Definitely worth it for peace of mind if you have an expensive chip that you want to know isn't going to bend.
