Arrived broken
I just got it today and it arrived broken. I noticed the tail was broken and wouldn’t hold a shape. The first picture if you see the silver thread shoes that some of the links are broken in the tail. In addition I was excited about it being coiled around the wrist like the ad showed but it is very loose and can’t be shaped
