Make sure the neck is tightened. Then turn the pump to the left.

Just shampoo. Conditioner is available separately

Yes and Yes! Sulfate free for sure and I believe safe for keratin treated hair. Discovered this product and love it. Have tried others just to mix it up, but always come back to this.
