how can i tell when its time to replace blade?

If you wait 3 months to replace this blade you will be better of with a butter knife. A half dozen shaves is all you will get if your lucky. Unless your face is peach fuzz. Mine faded to green and completely disappeared after 3 and a half weeks. I use it maybe 2 or 3 times a week.

Dose the charger work with power supply 240 volt?

Most all of the chargers you get today with these types of products are univerisal and they will work on 110-240v because of the travel overseas by americans if you look very closely at the charger it will have the voltage rating printed on the charging unit it's in fine print, i hope this information helps!
