These are great little devices
These are great things, they work very well and seem accurate. The Tapo app is very good for reading these devices remotely. They integrate seamlessly with Amazon echo kit. Just be aware to read them remotely on your phone you also need the additional hub.

Nice and accurate.
A neat unit and appears accurate. Uses AAA batteries which are easy to fit unlike some devices in the range. Pairing with the hub was just a formality as normal. The screen is huge for such a small device, easy to see at a glance from a distance away without resorting to the app.

Brilliant device
The media could not be loaded. You literally can’t fault this device. Since putting this in my bedroom and linking it to my dehumidifier and my radiator, it has completely changed the comfortability of my room. It’s always at the absolute perfect temperature.What I would recommend, is make sure the sensor itself is away from any heat sources such as computers, and not high up, or it skews the data.Also away from any windows as it may think your room is freezing and have your radiator running all dayIt’s super easy to connect and link to other Tapo products. Worth every penny spent

Good but not great - loses signal from hub too often and automations are not well thought out
This is a good standalone device but it's not perfect.1) it loses connection to the hub quite often. I have a lot of Tapo devices aroud my home and this is the only device to do this.2) the smart automation is very poor with this device. You cannot set to keep a room that is 15 degrees to get to 20 degrees and stay there. You can only trigger an automation (e.g. power on smart plug for a heater) when the temperature drops below 20 degrees. So you have to get the temperature to 20 in the first place manually. Surely TP-Link can do better and hopefully a future update will fix this issue.
