Solid Speaker with decent volume
I tried several portable Bluetooth speakers, but most of them distorted badly when I turned up the volume. In terms of both sound quality and loudness, this speaker sounds the best. Pairing is intuitive, and when connecting to an iPhone the device appears right away and the connection is immediate, so it is perfect for users who switch among multiple devices. The price feels reasonable, and the battery lasts a long time.

Sounds great, excellent value.
I'm a happy camper. For a BT speaker it is impressive. For a portable battery operated speaker it is heavy. Portable but not lightweight :-)Not sure if it is just ballast filled (some BT speakers are weighted to make owners think it's big bass speakers)It DOES have excellent bass response and I may not have even turned it up all the way.I have a working Soundcore mini that I enjoy for it's uSD card and FM radio. This is what I use when I want a thumper.I have a nice QSC 850 (200 watt per @8 Ohm) amp and wired nad rattlers and this is in the range for most of my foot thumpin listening. Not yet max range tested but it does what I got it for.I'll edit if it is an issue else HAPPY CAMPER good to go!It's NOT 12" wooofers but it is impressive for it's size. :-)It is a shame there is a delay for wired input because it would be a cool portable guitar amp. I have no interest in investing in a BT xmitter so, oh well, still definitely worth the price of admission.

Easy to Run, Small and Handy
Nice little bluetooth speaker. Syncs up quickly with any bluetooth device, has good sound quality. Buttons a little hard to press, but this is a bathroom-capable speaker, where the buttons are encased in rubber and entirely protected from water. Would work by the swimming pool or boat dock, but you'd want a bigger speaker for the boat dock. Recharges quickly, easy to run.

Anker Soundcore 2: A Decent Speaker for a Decent Price
I recently replaced my old Doni Bluetooth speaker with the Anker Soundcore 2, and while it's not a huge leap forward, it's a solid upgrade for the price. This speaker is a good example of "you get what you pay for." It's a no-frills device that does its job without any major surprises. The sound quality is okay. It's an improvement over the budget speaker I had before, but it's not going to blow anyone away. The bass is present but not particularly deep, and the overall sound can get a bit tinny at higher volumes. It's perfectly fine for background music, podcasts, or a casual get-together, but it lacks the richness and clarity of more expensive models.Where the Anker Soundcore 2 really shines is its value. For what it costs, it provides a reliable and portable listening experience. The battery life is impressive, and the speaker feels durable with its rubberized finish. It's a practical choice for someone who needs a functional Bluetooth speaker and isn't overly concerned with audiophile-level sound. If you're looking for a simple, budget-friendly speaker that works, the Soundcore 2 is a good option.

Great Sound, Low price, AUX input, Low Latency, and almost no hiss
I know sound is subjective, but this is pretty nice especially since it goes on sale often for pretty cheap compared to others with similar features.First, I needed bluetooth and AUX. Many other battery powered speakers nowadays do not have AUX. (The "Boost" version of this product, which I also own, does not offer AUX input anymore unfortunately). While this model is seemingly older, they have updated it a few times over the years. But it has retained the AUX input. This is important because I need to connect this to varied devices. This one has surprisingly robust sound, even bass. There's not as much in dynamics as the "Boost" model one, but this is half the price. The sound does not carry super far outside, but it can entertain a little yard party easily. And it is more than enough for inside a room. The sound is clear and not distorted or missing in any frequency ranges. Also, I am pleased with the low latency on the AUX. I can hook this up to a synth or tablet or pc and the latency is low enough to play along without being distracting. It's not studio equipment, but the battery power makes this very handy for when you just want to jam. I haven't tested latency on the bluetooth, but I never use that for instruments.A big plus: there is very little hiss. In fact, none detectable unless you have the volume way up. (and I am sensitive to hiss enough to have returned other rechargeable speakers that the hiss was too distracting.)

Surprisingly Powerful for its Size!
I bought the Anker Soundcore2, based on past experience with Anker products, for the garage and around the firepit. I'm blown away by what this little speaker can do. The sound is crisp, the bass is punchy and it gets loud enough, without distortion, for my taste. I didn't expect much from a speaker under $50, but this thing punches way above its weight. The battery life is good. I've used it for a few hours now and still haven't needed to recharge. The Bluetooth connection is solid, and pairing was effortless.I have recommended this to friends already. It's a great deal, especially with 11% off sale, another $10 coupon and no tax holiday price of $29.99.
