Q: The part that covers the sore is it sticky?

No, the pad that covers the wound is not sticky at all. It doesn't stick to the wound even if it is seeping and dries over, the pad doesn't dry to it.

Q: Where are these made?

They are made in China. The other brand is a Swedish company but I do not see if theirs are made in Sweden or elsewhere.
