I’ve watched a lot of review videos and they keep referring to it as entry level or not professional. But honestly this is a mind blowing camera. For me it is the best possible camera for what I do and I am a high end professional who does a lot of “active” and “adventure” shooting. This makes the size perfect. Carrying a larger camera just doesn’t work. I’m constantly blown away with the image quality especially in low light and the amount of details it captures. It’s very easy to use once you set it up how you like it. Obviously, the one issue is the battery. I wouldve taken a slightly bigger camera body instead of the poor battery life. So just make sure you get multiple batteries.

Loving this camera! I got this to save me money on hiring a photographer for my daughter’s senior pictures. I love the ease of use for a beginner like me. The options are great and the functionality is too. I am having a blast taking the camera out!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: The absolutely perfect camera. I never thought I’d spend this much for a camera; but the many many features and the ease of use of such advanced features, makes this a great camera.

I like that it uses the same batteries as my old Canon T6i. In fact, one of the main reasons I selected it is its compatibility with my bag full of Canon lenses and accessories. It is light weight and I am very impressed with its ability to focus and take pictures in a semi dark room with no flash. However, close the door for full darkness and you're out of business. . I got it hoping to achieve better results in night and astrophotography. I selected it over other cameras with better reviews and more megapixels. However, I also opted not to pay twice the price for a camera I might used 5 or 6 times in any given year. Thus far, I am not seeing a big difference between the RF and EF lenses with adaptor. However, it is day one and I am still testing. Also, I have yet to print any of the test pictures.

Mi calificación es porque hace una semana mi canon se apagó repetidamente y ni siquiera estaba grabando, nunca se mojó, golpeó o la usé demasiado, hoy hace solo un año y unos días desde que la compré, grababa mis videos para redes sociales solo una vez por semana, (@soyjazon) lo que me dá coraje es que cuido mis cosas como si fueran de mantequilla, tal vez compré la única cámara defectuosa de canon, antes de esto amaba la marca, intenté comunicarme con el vendedor pero tampoco vi la opción disponible, cambio mi calificación si me solucionan el problema o incluso estoy dispuesto a hacer una colaboración ya que me conocen millones por mi contenido

Amazing camera, I use it as my main camera and I love it with the cheap 1.8 50mm Ed lens. I suggest a second battery but otherwise it’s a great buy if you want powerful photography while not killing your bank account.

What an amazing buy , up to now I have been a Nikon and a Fuji shooter but after handling a friend of mines I had to have one . This arrived with a kit lens but don’t be fooled it is a very good lens not some cheap glass thrown in . The camera itself is a full frame and slightly in the small side or compact and easy to hold and use if you don’t have oversized hands . Everything really is a joy to use except the autofocus system which I hope I will get used to . Battery life is very good not stupendous but acceptable hence the purchase of these cheaper but very good batteries . The cost of two of these is still half of the Canon batteries so I intend to get another pair for when I need the camer for 8 hours . Colours are vibrant and the menu system is fairly easy to navigate Lots of features here that are not on my other cameras at double the price . I have not seen one bad review and don’t expect to . Great value for an entry level FF camera with lens

Excelente calidad de imagen por el precio. Buena cámara de uso general, incluso buena para tomas de acción por sus 40 cuadros por segundo. Estuve considerando la R7 para la fotografía de fauna que hago, pero me decidí por esta dada la (mucho) mejor calidad de imagen y el (mucho) mejor autofocus. No tiene estabilizador, ni tercera rueda de control, solo una tarjeta en la misma puerta que la batería pero para mí cumple con lo indispensable: excelente calidad de imagen, excelente autofocus, excelente rafaga y bufer suficiente. Obviamente para usar telefotos una APS hubiera sido de gran ayuda, pero dado que también hago paisaje, full frame es indispensable y la calidad a altos ISOs es excelente.
