Hello, sorry this answer is going to be quite long. These phones typically require a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) server (can be virtualized) or Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express installed a Cisco Router. For the actual phone lines: You will either need to have POTS lines or a PRI connected to a Cisco Router which point to the CUCM server, or you may connect the UCM server to virtual phone lines through the internet (SIP), which will run over your AT&T Fiber Optic. You may also need to purchase additional licensing. If you don't have the CUCM in place yet, we recommend doing research on Cisco's website or reaching out to vendor to help configure/install the server. Hope that helps!
