I've become a fan of Nature Made vitamin supplements. I recently had a nutrition consult and the nutritionist recommended a vitamin regimen to address some deficiencies and to also try to help with some wound care recovery. Vitamin C was one of the recommendations. This nutritionist had given me three potential brands to try. She noted that all three brands did the extensive lab testing required to ensure the efficacy of their products. Nature Made was one of the brands and the one I was most familiar with. So, I opted to go for it. This is a bottle of 60 500mg Vitamin C softgels. The serving size is one softgel. So, that means the bottle should last for two months. The cap has a flip top that is relatively easy to use. This vitamin has no synthetic dyes, no artificial flavors, no added preservatives, and is gluten free. These are a tad bit bigger than I expected, though they're relatively easy to swallow since the are a softgel. Overall, I'm seeing good results with my health, wound healing, and lab levels and have been impressed with the quality of this supplement. They are made in the U.S., and the lab testing ensures I'm getting what I pay for consistently. I'm getting good results and will continue to use this supplement.
