BUYER BEWARE!!!
Purchased NINE separate ARLO All-In-One sensors.Arlo Sales people WILL TELL YOU that you can get as many devices as you want and several hub stations to work altogether. However, the COLD FACT is that 99% of internet users can use ONLY UP TO 12 devices and that includes your modem, game players, laptop/cellphones, etc. So if you have 20 Arlo devices - YOU WILL DRIVE YOURSELF CRAZY buying and returning because ARLO products will not work consistently.Arlo products DO NOT WORK consistently. There are issues like: Timing out, battery runs out and won't charge anymore, going offline - more consistently than working, "tampering" status often occurs when nothing has happened to the device.Arlo promises that the battery will work about one year - - NOPE! Three weeks for all NINE of them. So, go ahead and buy lots of batteries so your door, water/smoke/cO2 system will work.I would NOT recommend putting your life in the hands of Arlo products for leaks, fires, CO2 etc... The product is great at consistently NOT working.I DO NOT recommend Arlo. Go to the Better Business Bureau and your state's Consumer Affairs to see the list of others who share my experience. After spending $1000s and wasting this ENTIRE YEAR, i realized IF i was going to buy Arlo, i am safer purchasing it from Amazon than Arlo.WHY? Amazon has a great turn around process. For example, it took ARLO 4 weeks of back and forth for a simple return. I had to fight and defend my honest experience and jump through hoop after hoop after hoop while Arlo support gives you ultimatums like, "If you don't update your case in four days, the support team will close your case." - - what about people with lives, jobs, families, etc??How come Arlo customers have to document every detail with the case to justify that the PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK?Amazon, instead... same day - no fight, no hassle, no waiting, no ultimatums, no insult to American people by having to engage with support reps who don't even use their REAL NAMES!!!!!!!!!! They are Madonna and Denver...Amazon, has clear return policies, and the customer ALWAYS knows what to expect. So, IF you do decide to purchase Arlo products, (PLEASE DONT), then buy it from Amazon. It wont have to be a long drawn out ugly divorce from your defective product.

Better and cheaper
Already had Arlo cameras and used this to replace a separate ‘big name’ system that was 3x per month more expensive. Better functionality, nicer equipment, way cheaper and all in one app. Very happy!

Good all-in-one sensor, finnicky at times
I bought my first home this year and I had already purchased Arlo security cameras for my job that I did not end up using. So, I decided to pair my un-used cameras with these sensors for all the windows and doors in our house. The setup is quite easy, so long as you follow along on the app on your mobile device. I did run into a couple connectivity issues between the sensors and the security hub but resolved the issue by placing the hub in a more centralized section of the house. Overall, these are good sensors and the price is competitive compared to the other named brand products.

bought solely for leak detection
setup for me was easy. I already have 7 Arlo cameras and I am familiar with technology but the app makes it easy. I set these up for leak detection in the basement after I did some DIY plumbing... (seriously). the other feature I set up is alarm detection - but I wasn't quite sure how I enjoyed that it had to be calibrated to a specific alarm. this may help reduce false positives, but I actually wanted it to detect non-smart water detector alarms in addition to smoke/co2. overall I am quite happy so far.

Terrible quality for an arlo device
I was very surprised and very disappointed with this alarm system. Especially for the price point. This device didn’t even work for the duration of the arlo secure trial it came with. Not even half of it actually, within the first week and a half it started disconnecting from the WiFi multiple times a day and half the time I couldn’t even arm the alarm or unarm the alarm when I re entered my home. If I did manage to see the alarm and then couldn’t un arm the alarm upon reentry of my home when it did reconnect to the WiFi it would then notice someone had came through the door and immediately go off and try to call 9-11. After about 5 days or so of that pattern it completely stopped connecting to the WiFi which then led me to factory reset the device in an attempt to fix it since it was hardly over a week old. That just let to the device being a brick and doing nothing as it did not fix the problem and would crash or freeze the arlo app when I did get it to attempt to connect. Most of the time it wouldn’t even search for a network… it is worth mentioning I have over 8 other arlo cameras and a hub for my house already and non of the those devices would disconnect or lose WiFi at any point and my hub and cameras are 5 years old. Its a shame to see how poorly their quality has became. Worst part is, still having faith that I just got a lemon I tried to get a refund and repurchase the same device to give it a second chance because I’m brand loyal and it turns out I bought it on sale and now have to spend an extra 60$ to even give the alarm system another go around. I cannot say I recommend this product. Thats sad to say as I’ve stood by arlo and recommended them to family and friends for years. Boy do I likely look like an idiot

Work as intended
They work as intended. I had to improvise, the border on my door frame is too thick, it wouldn't aline with the sensor.
