Ability to cut flush for a neat finish.
Great little item, handy size makes them comfortable to use. Sharp, and the angled head makes cutting flush to the surface easy.

Disappointing, for Klein
A couple of significant problems. Firstly, the cutting edges overlap, in as much as when you close the jaws and run your nail across the join, you can clearly feel the nick of it jumping up or down as it crosses the line. Secondly, there is non-negligible free play / wobble in the pivot. Both of these issues are showstoppers for me, especially in a top brand like Klein. Very disappointing.

Poorly aligned blades and stiff to operate
Really unimpressed with Klein on this one. Extremely poor craftsmanship and evidently quality control is non existent. I usually highly rate Klein products but this product leaves a lot to be desired. As seen in the photos, the blades are not a flush fit in any direction when in the closed position making it difficult to perform a clean cut. Also when the 2 parts of the tool have been pressed together during the manufacturing process, they have been over pressed leaving the tool stiff to operate and making the spring redundant as it isn’t strong enough to reopen the tool. I’ve used £4 flush cutters that are head and shoulders above these.

Poor quality
Blades misaligned and don't even touch at tips. Garbage quality

Not precision as claimed.
The cutters do not cut cleanly, there is a ~1mm offset between the cutting edges that results in an uneven cut. This is contrary to the claim that this is meant to produce clean precision cuts. I use this for model kit spur removal and these cuts required further finishing to make them even.

Fantastic cutters. First started using these in North America from home depot. Home to Australia & they came with me. Had to get a new pair. Sydney tools wanted 38$ but they were on amazon for 16$ which considering you buy them in home depot for 13$ i though was good. Next time, price was up to 22$, and now they are sitting at 38$ on amazon. Sad to see that, but still great cutters. Will i pay 38$, no chance.

Klein is a well-known tool for their quality and craftsmanship. As expected, they work great. Just don't use them beyond their capacity. I use them for cutting small wire and zip ties. They do cut really close on the zip ties. They are a flush cut style. They feel comfortable when using them. These would go good for an electrician or a low-voltage tech.

Great for crafters! I purchased these to cut apart thin metal papercrafting dies from each other, as they come web-fused together. Unless you want to diecut all the images at once, you need to separate the individual dies, which can be frustrating, as the metal webbing can be difficult to break apart. Prior to these getting these cutters, I would have to bend the webbing in between the dies back and forth until the webbing snapped, or try to find scissors, or wire stripping pliers, with the head small enough to get in betwen the dies, or, find ones strong enough to handle the pressure it would take to cut through the metal webbing. I've accidentally bent dies, broken multiple pairs of scissors, and cut myself on the sharp edges left from where the webbing snapped away from the die. My hands would alo hurt after cutting only a few dies apart due to the amount of pressure I would need to excert on the handles of whatever I was using, and it would take me quite awhile to cut through only a few dies. These cutters are fantastic! They cut through the metal webbing almost like a knife through butter. I was able to usually cut flush against the die, to avoid having too many sharp nubs left over, and ended up doing a marathon die cut separating session the day I got them because these cutters made the process so fast and easy. After cutting apart at least 120 little dies, the cutter is still sharp, still works as well as it did when I first used them, and my hands didn't hurt at all. I could have bought other brands of cutters for 1/2 the price I paid for these ones, but after reading reviews for those brands and finding out a lot of them broke or got dull very quickly (sometimes after the very 1st use), I decided to go with these more expensive ones. I will happily buy another pair should these ever wear out or break, and have highly recommended these as a must-have tool to my papercrafting friends.

Perfecto, es un producto de calidad. Made en USA por una empresa familiar fundado por un inmigrante de Alemania. Todavia lleva el mismo nivel de calidad y centrado en sus productos originales. Es una herramiento para todo la vida!
