I don't know if it works for psoriasis, as I purchased it for itchy bumps that appeared on my legs. Since I could not use the spray bottle conveniently positioned, or by turning it upside down, the liquid dripped out of the bottle and onto the floor. I was not happy with this product because it was expensive and useless to me. Sorry I couldn't help you.

Q: Does it burn when applied?

Hi It does burn!! and I had to discontinue use. It was drying and broke me out. I used this item because I had terrible itching for allergy testing on my back. I should have been taking Benadryl capsules but didn't because it knocks me out. I don't know what your problem is, but ask your doctor or pharmacist for a recommendation or an over the counter product. Good luck , itching is a terrible thing to deal with. The only thing I would possibly say to use for this product is for insect bites and see how it works for you.
