12-Inch X 5-Inch Bottle Holder

I bought this to stow my Jet-boil Zip & spare 230g canister away in one place , I can also get a Wildo collapsible mug in there too. Plus a zipped pouch @ the front for tea bags / coffee sachets too

Maxpedition quality never disappoints... Extremely fast delivery from Military 1st as always. 12"x5" fits my Jetboil Flash perfectly with additional room for other items too, part of my day hiking gear now this bag is gonna get a lot of use and the build quality is excellent so I don't need to worry about longevity of the product. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for with Maxpedition. Will attach some of my smaller molle packs to the sides of the pack for knives, fire lighting, first aid items etc. Very very happy with this item.

I purchased this to keep my Ic-705 safe while going portable, you can fit the mic and accessories in there as well. I was able to take a smaller rucksack.

Bought this for a 48oz Nalgene bottle. Superb quality. The front pouch is surprisingly spacious, large enough for utensils and all my drink mixes. I also bought the maxpedition 5" tactie straps so that I can fix it to the outside of my molle rucksack. Would recommend.

Very good item, I have bought two of these, the 10x4 and the 12x5 both superb quality and made to last.

Already after really minimal use I am having to edit the review I left a little while ago. The internal dimensions are just over 12" by just short of 4 3/4" but after very minimal use some of the stitching is showing signs of giving way! I never thought I would say that of a Maxpedition product and I am left wondering if I have been sent a defective product. I am disappointed and will e mail the seller to see what they have to say for themselves. Edit: already a third edit. I am afraid I will have to remove another star, the quality is just not what I expected, as well as being overpriced for said poor quality. The rear seams, which are the main ones on the holder, appear to be not only single stitched, but stitched poorly too. On all my other Maxpedition items, all major seams are double stitched and stitched well.

This bag fits my lifesaver 6000 water bottle/filter perfectly, I keep extra carbon filters in the front, 2 extra sponges in the bottom and a light on the zipper, my only complaint is that with the bottle inside, the front pouch becomes very small. There is space inside the main pocket for some plastic water collection bags and I am currently looking for a metal cup that the lifesaver will fit inside of so it can go down inside of the maxpedition bag. The fabric is a very tight weave synthetic that is water repellent and very durable, the zippers have a very positive pull that some may think is a little too tight but I think is a sign of good quality. On the subject of the zippers, I do not know if they are meant to be water tight but I do no that they are very water resistant with a tight tooth and an extra large 'flap' over the zipper, they repel and resist water and leakage extremely well. As a result of the water resistant construction and tight zippers, I have felt comfortable using the water bottle case as a water collection device. I leave a single sponge in the bottom of the bottle holder, empty the case of it's contents and zip all of the pockets shut, then I tie a piece of paracord onto the two d rings to make a long loop (30 or so feet of paracord makes a 15 foot loop.) I cast it into a river, stream or pond where I let it slowly "sink" as water seeps in through the drainage grommet on the bottom of the main compartment, this seeping "prefilters" the water through the lifesaver sponge, after the bottle holder has sunk I just pull it right to shore, through the sand, weeds and mud, and access the water inside which I drain either into a collection bag or into the lifesaver for filtration. The small size of the drain grommet and water resistant construction allows me to do this several times and fill all of my water bottles without the bottle holder getting water logged and the high internal volume means that I can fill 6 whilrpak 1ltr bags and the lifesaver in just 4 or 5 "casts" of the maxpedition water bottle holder. Final word, this is a great product that keeps another great product safe and adds to it's functionality!

Awesome product. Huge. Takes up the whole side of my 5.11 rush12. Love it. Using tac ties to hold on. Also great product although finicky to attach. Won’t come off tho. No stretch in this product as material is way too thick and durable. Holds my simple life 40oz bottle with lots of room. Holds my msr pocket rocket and fuel canisters perfectly as well. Could be used to hold several things. Great product. Will definitely buy maxped products without question again.
