This is a high quality product. I did have to return it due to my error. I was not precise in my measurements...it was 1/8inch too tall. Had i been a master carpenter i might have been able to shave it down but being a complete novice. I did not dare. The instructions leave a lot to be desired but after studying for an evening I was ready to tackle it in the morning. So measure carefully.

We needed this for a tight cabinet that just ended up partially full of junk since we could never access it. These glide out shelves are a perfect solution. After some measuring and measuring again and checking the size requirements we decided to order. First note, these are very sturdy, seem strong and well made. The other note, the instructions provided and also linked in the listing are in Metric, despite some of the photos showing SAE measurements. Not a huge deal minus the fact that I don’t have a metric tape measure. Google conversions can help here. Second note, the dimensions in the instructions are for the true opening, so any face frame that you have will need to be accounted for. Note in the video that the left side plate was shimmed by plywood to account for the 3/4” or so of the face frame. Third note, some base cabinets will not have a nice riser exactly above the right side pivot point, mine certainly didn’t. And not wanting to drill into the countertop I added come blocking here. Just note that when measuring. Final thoughts, this is a great setup, we may adjust the actual heights as we add things, everything closes nicely and fits, but it wasn’t quite plug and play so keep that in mind. Also, any modifications could/will hurt cabinets or cause holes so measure thrice and drill once.

My cabinet door is 24” tall so this product technically fits but the top drawer is totally useless. The metal railings scrape along the top of the cabinet door so I can’t put anything taller than 3” on the top drawer. The bottom drawer is fine but there is a ton of extra room around the sides that are completely unused and now blocked by the two drawers. Installation was extremely frustrating and confusing as well. I can normally slap together Chinese furniture quickly even if there’s no words. The problem with these instructions is that you need to line up two moving assemblies so they don’t bind or hit anything. They don’t give you any measurements on where to install the structure to get the right clearance. I just partially assembled it and tweaked my back trying to hold it all in place as I marked the installation points. The instructions are useless, just watch the video not that it tells you any more information. Because my unit just barely scrapes the top of the door opening I also wasn’t able to install the top drawer without dissembling the drawer. Another irritating part of installation was the sliding pole. You need to screw the pillow blocks into the cabinet which is fine for the bottom, but if you’re like me and have stone countertops you need to drill into the stone for installation. Above your head and around the corner. I just epoxied the top pillow block in place and I expect it to fail. I’ll just throw this thing out when it does. After all that pain installing this thing the drawers only pull out to the crease in the middle so the back of the top drawer is very inaccessible. There’s no vertical or horizontal adjustments on this unit so if you need to move a drawer higher or lower for whatever reason you’re stuck. In all, just save your $200 and just stick a lazy Susan in your cabinet instead.

The quality of the unit for the 36" unit is great as far as the smooth slide and soft close. The baskets are great although my unit was missing several basket clips and they're on the way now. Watch the videos, you need them!! I built my cabinet (in face frame) from scratch so it took some doing but it was OK. We did gain room and use of room as advertised by using some of the blind corner but my cabinet is 42" rather than 36" so I was going to lose some but that was my preference and doesn't detract from the unit. One thing that could be better-the way it is engineered makes the upright part a little sloppy due to the way it fits on the base, could have been engineered better. Other than that, good to go and it works fine.

Well built but "Required opening" sizing is misleading and the unit will not work unless cabinet opening is at least 22 1/2' tall. In addition, the cabinet must have a total minimum inside height clearance of 23 9/16". This was too tall to slide in and out of the door opening (by about a half inch); and it was also too tall (by about an inch) to move side to side as the top hit the drawer slide harware immediately above the door. Too bad I have to send it back because it seems well made and would have worked much better than the swing out shelf set up that came with the cabinet.

Very heavy and great quality! I unfortunately ordered the wrong size! I love that its versatile and can be switched depending on which side of your cabinet you need it on.

I have a galley kitchen and 1 cabinet that was impossible to use -- until we installed this. This made my kitchen complete now that I have adequate storage space. The cabinet was deep but unusable. It was in a corner and it was so awkward to put things in there and worse getting things out. So for years, it was like the dungeon of the kitchen. We took a chance on this item and although we had to make some minor cuts inside the cabinet to get this to fit, it works perfectly. To get extra storage space with the 4 shelves that slides / pills / glides easily is very helpful. Every time I pull this shelving out to get what I need I find my self saying, "I love this!"

Brilliant solution to the corner cupboard problem. A little difficult to install but after some thought went in well. Works perfectly.

I can see why this is a 'frequently returned item', despite it being high quality. Fitment is a very delicate affair with very tight tolerances to clear the opening, both mounting cabinet and adjacent cabinet doors, protruding interior cabinet hinges, etc. Maybe we're a bit slow, but took us about six tries at different mounting points to make it work. Even the (different size) trays have to be juggled quite a bit to gain clearance and they have to be in a 'just-so' position. Once it's in it's great, but it's a struggle to get there for sure. We even had it boxed up to send back at one point until we decided to give it one more try and finally got it working properly. Not for the faint of heart.
