Does the auxiliary power port use Dupont pin connectors (2.54mm), 3 pins in this case?

It has 3 pins but I could not tell you what type that is. I just connect it to a source of power and as long as it is providing power they stay on.

No, it only provides a current reading in a single direction (source to load).

Does it show integrated watts (Wh) like the blue version does?

I think the answer to your question is yes. As it cycles through various read outs (in lower left corner of display), one of them is total energy measured in Wh. Be aware that once it reaches 6554 Wh, you have to reset it (by disconnecting and then reconnecting it).
