Q: Has anyone had success using this to grind wheat into flour?

It's a coffee grinder. A small coffee grinder. Works great grinding COFFEE.

Q: Dear manufacturer, i received this product today and i am really excited to use it, however I cannot remove the grinding cup from the unit. Help!

You don’t remove the cup. It comes with a little brush to clean it out. Or wash out with a cloth with soapy water. Don’t get cord wet. Dry with towel. I wondered the same thing because my old one the cup came off. Just put beans in lock the lid and twist til your beans are ground to your liking. Enjoy!

Q: Is the blade supposed to be sharp? I just received mine and there is no edge to it, it is just a very thin piece of metal.

The only part of the blade that is sharp is the very outer edge part that is bent ...I cant remember if that part is bent upward or downward but , no the entire length of the blade isnt the cutting part. Its fine dont return it bc ALL are like this.

Q: How tdo you contact company forr warranty?The website given doesn't work. Anyone know how?
