They won’t stop pressure sores . Because they would still be in contact with the skin.

I didn't run in mine. But very comfortable for walking as I suffer with my heals whilst walking. But wearing them was very comfortable.

Not really . You need a support that actually covers the Achilles’ tendon .These just relieve pressure on the heel .
