My son is a year round swimmer and he is 12 years old. When you add those two things together, you get hair that looks like straw. This product is efficient and doesn’t take a lot and works very well. Even a 12-year-old boy can use it and have beautiful hair.

Just got done swimming and I used this before and after. It did the job and kept my hair protected and not brittle. It is nice and soft and I have curly hair.

This product smells nice and definitely makes washing and detangling much easier than not using a pre-swim conditioning and the chlorine smell is gone.I followed the instructions to use a generous amount prior to swimming but doesn’t suggest an amount. A tablespoon on my shoulder length curly hair was a lot! My swim cap kept on sliding and leaking onto my skin and after 3 shampoo/rinsing with apple cider vinegar shampoo it was still on my hair. This made for a very weighted down, dull and frizzy hair once dry.I will reduce the amount and dilute it with water to see if a much smaller quantity is enough.
