Yes. I push as much under the support as possible then move it out and to the other side. I stayed on the ground using mine and it was soooooo much easier and safer than being on the roof. I highly recommend this life saver.

What is the link to buy pole in amazon?

Really depends on how high your gutters are. Is your house 1 or 2 story? If one story a 4’-8’ pole might work. If two story I would suggest going to a pro paint store and getting an 8’-16’ quick connect pole. Hope that helps, ask more info if you need it. Stay safe! Garth

Good question. Just angle the scoop to push the debris under the gutter spike and resume cleaning on the other side of the spike. Hope that answers OK, stay safe and thanks for your support!

What about hard packed debris?

Good question William, For hard packed debris you may need to get up on a ladder and put the Gutter Cleaner Pro in the configuration to pull that debris toward you. Watch the product video for complete instruction. If you have REALLY packed debris fit the scoop directly on the pole to scrape out the bottom of the gutter. If you can stand on your roof, that's another good, safe option. With the Gutter Cleaner Pro you can work safely back, 6' or so, from the roof edge to get good leverage on packed debris.
