They seem to be working for me. I bought some of the powder and these pills in case the powder tasted bad but I kind of like both. If I have a protein drink in the morning I use the powder and if not I take 3 of these pills which is the daily dose but luckily they aren't huge like some of these supplements are. I think there are 300 in a bottle so 100 doses but some folks might get away with taking 1 or 2 instead of all 3 depending on your needs.

OK for the price. It would be better if it didn't contain magnesium stearate, which will keep me from purchasing it again.
