Now all the struggles over last few decades make sense. It's a must read for all, you never know what is the real reason behind your struggles. Review: This book validated so much for me. It also pushed me to read other books and change and begin some habits that have been life-changing. Do I still have a scattered mind? Hell yes. Do I handle it quite a bit better? Definitely. I'm at the point now where not only did I notice things in my life but a lot of other people's lives - very successful people, great mother's great fathers, and good friends. We ain't perfect, but I would pretty much argue with just about anyone who causes a disability because even though it pretty much is ADHD is prominent and a lot of artists, entrepreneurs, inventors, you name it. Looks like these don't give you an excuse to be less but help you validate feelings that you've had for possibly a very, very long time and thought you were different. Well, you are different, but don't let that be an excuse not to live your best life. I've read through it probably twice by going back back-and-forth to certain chapters and pieces that I identified with. I've recommended it to everyone that I see that has the same (dis)ability. And honestly, this isn't even the first book that kept my attention for several years, however, they do have an audio version for those of you who really don't want to read, before this book I had read nothing but Clickbait news articles and social media posts for way too long. Now don't get me wrong. I read this book when I started doing 75 Hard and about two months after I stopped drinking. It was basically my book assignment for 10 pages a day, so I was forced to read it...until I wasn't. I can't say enough about this book. This with books that I read soon after, and I think go hand in hand, results have increased, I exercise A LOT more, and I still stick with a health lifestyle. Can one book really do that for someone? - I mean, there were other things involved - sobriety, 75 hard, and some painful life lessons that pushed me to make better decisions, but this book HELPED! Final Thought: You're not alone. That's where the first pages of this book pulled me in. While there's all these groups out there and meetings and anonymous meetings and therapy and all that stuff I believe we should have a group nationwide and globally that addresses ADHD, ADD or whatever it is they're calling it these days. Maybe we could all hang together and talk about the silly things. We forgot to do the day before and what we have to do tomorrow and we'd all have accountability partners. Did I drink a little too much coffee today? Perhaps. But I do truly love this book.

Me ayudo a entender esta condicion desde una perspectiva más humana que la explicación médica o psicológica tradicional.

I'm sure it is a great book, but the bad quality of the print makes it unreadable , not even a photocopy has such bad quality. I ordered a replacement and it has the same unreadable print 😢- what a waste of resources

Explore the many angles of ADD in a skillful way keeping it simple. From colleague to colleague thanks a lot G.B.

I suspected that my son had a form of ADHD and now I'm sure he has. However, after reading this book and discussing it with my son, we feel confident in managing his symptoms without professional input. An excellent guidebook.
