Perfect weight for warmer nights, lightweight. Soft and comfortable. Seems to be made well. Thinner than I expected, more of a bedspread than a quilt.

It's very pretty and well made. I like that it's not too matchy but has the same colors as my laura Ashley comforter.

The bedspread is beautiful and definitely features the best of Shabby Chic's signature style. The two shams included were as cute as can be. It looks awesome in the room. Beyond that, however is that the bedspread is extremely thin and lightweight so it barely serves as a cover to sleep under (and this is from someone in the southern US region). To make do, this spread is laying on top of the actual bedspread used for sleeping. I would have paid more for a heavier bedspread, but the price on this was too good to pass up. Overall, this gets my rating for aesthetics and not functionality.

I was looking for a Comforter Set, but with Florida Hot Weather, I turned to a Quilt Set.This Quilt Set is light and soft and perfect.

I have always loved these quilts in the past- incredibly soft cotton, weighted but not too heavy. I have worn out a number of them over the years. The quilt I received today was very cheaply made. Scratchy and too light, much like a cheap off brand blanket, not a quilt at all! There is little to no batting in this "quilt", and what is there is probably polyester. I knew when the box was delivered and I picked it up that it was way too light to be what I wanted. Anyhow, super disappointed.

I have the comforter but it has a large sheet of polyester inside which keeps me warm in the winter months. This quilt doesn’t have polyester or much of it so it’s perfect to sleep with in the summer months when it’s hot. It’s beautiful with the color and pattern. It can be washed and hung to dry. I put mine over the top of a door to dry. It’s light to medium weight. It is a good value for money because it will last you a long time.

It is beautiful. It matches what I had previously perfectly.
