If you have a big belly, my advice for you is to buy these patches they do work

Eh...
So I got this a few months ago. I had to look up the directions in English as they are not on the package. While using it, you can feel your abdomin heat up. I only bought one pack so I did not see any physical difference after using. Not sure I would buy again.

Most I have bought other than these from Amazon are just thin and Hardy nothing even there so I'd say these are the original good ones

All my instructions were in Chinese not English so I had to google instructions off of another site. My stomach did go down some to where I noticed it. leave it on to long it will burn your skin I lost a total of 3 pounds in my stomach area.
