How to Use The heel area of the shoe must be cleaned and dried before using the heel liners. Remove the adhesive protective layer from the heel liner and fix them in the heel of the shoe firmly. Please make sure that the long straight edge is placed towards the top of the shoe. (Please see the picture for more information). For better result, please avoid using the shoe for at least 8 hours.
