Easy to follow instructions
No extra tools needed, all in package including a mini torx crewdriver. Easy to follow instructions: PDF and video tutorial on disk. Supplied software works well and provides feedback if it is working correctly. I brought an old 1TB seagate back to life after a bit of coaxing using this package.

I was a bit suspect at first but also desperate, got the kit followed the instructions on the short video on the CD and can say that it worked I managed to get my data back, the only thing that let it down a bit was the screwdriver wasn't a torx which I had to purchase separately

Instructions are clear and the included tutorial video is very helpful.To he sellers: Without the screwdriver as shown in the product photo, it's impossible to proceed with the fix and you'll likely get more complaints for what for me proved to be a solid product (once I'd gone out and purchased the correct screwdriver).
