Q: Do these froth? Can you see anything happening?

No, they don’t froth for me. I tried using the kit but found that with the shield in my mouth I dribbled a lot. I find the strips much easier. If you dry your teeth with a towel before you put the strips on, they stay in place better. I can talk as normal with the strips on … couldn’t speak with the kit. I usually apply the strips an hour before I go to bed and leave them on for 30-45 minutes. I noticed a big difference after 3 days.
