Worth it's weight in gold
So I have been eyeing a similar chopper sold by Tupperware for some time now but couldn't bring myself to pay the exorbitant price charged by them. I found this little gem on Amazon and this thing is a life changer. I do have to say that if you want nice evenly chopped veggies (onions, peppers, etc.) don't expect this thing to turn out a nice clean dice with similarly sized pieces, but if you want miniscule pieces to hide veggies in your foods so the kids don't see them, this is the tool for you! I simply peel the onion, chop it into large chunks and throw it in this machine. The size I bought (medium, I think) doesn't quite fit a huge Vidalia onion so sometimes I have to do the two halves separately, but 7 or so pulls on the handle gives me a nice fine dice that I can put into anything I am making. 10 or so pulls makes an even finer shop that allows me to hide peppers in my spaghetti sauce, or onions in scrambled eggs, so my toddler doesn't know that they are there. If you only do 3-4 pulls some of the pieces will be chopped while others still remain large (or maybe that is from me overfilling it). I definitely plan on buying the bigger size to see if it can handle an entire Florida or Vidalia onion all at once. I honestly could buy one in each size and still spend less than buying one from Tupperware! I might even try doing salsa in the larger sized one with fresh tomatoes, onions and jalapeno.

Super easy, fast and fun chopper you'll love!
This little hand-operated chopper is the ideal kitchen gadget to use when you need just a small amount of chopped onion or garlic or other pieces of vegetable. It's also fun to use as you just pull the cord and the sharp inner blade does a great job of chopping or mincing. The more times you pull the cord, the smaller the size of the chopped veggie pieces. Clean up is very easy with the sturdy plastic bowl and cover and the three-blade cutter (detachable). This item takes up little room in your cabinet and would also be a great little thing to take along on a vacation if you plan to do some cooking yourself.I love this chopper and use it frequently. It saves a lot of time and is just plain clever in how easy it is to use, turning out perfectly chopped ingredients to make your meal prep so much easier.

My new toy for my kitchen!!!
OMG!!! Where have you been all my life.......FINALLY A PRODUCT THAT CUTS MY PREP TIME COOKING IN MORE THAN HALF THE TIME!! MUST BUY!!!I dice onions, tomatoes, garlic, apples , basically anything that needs to be chopped or diced with this new toy. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE it!!! The only thing is that I wish it was bigger for more quantity ingredients instead of small batches at a time. Also wish there were different blades for different cuts, But thats ok, still love it. So easy to pull the cord that my kids under 6 love to help "chop" during cooking. Very easy to disassemble for cleaning which I put right into thr dishwasher top load.I know what I'll be buying as Christmas and birthday gifts from now on!

Beyond Impressed
I am beyond impressed with this little chopper. I saw the reviews and the price seemed reasonable so I gave it shot and I'm so glad I did. This little chopper finely minces Vegetables in just a few pulls of the string. It's great for single people or couples that don't need a ton of food chopped up, or good for when you just need small amounts of something chopped up for a garnish. If you're on the fence about getting this chopper, just get it! You won't regret it.

Stops working when you pull the cord
I wanted to chop a yellow onion. I cut the onion up into small pieces & put some in the chopper maybe halfway but not crammed in there. Pulled the cord & it spun. After that I had to crank it several times before I’d get another spin. Then it would chop pretty good & stop again. I shook up the onions a little & even stirred them, checked the blade. Sometimes that worked. The blade does not fit well on its shaft. It would have been quicker if I’d cut up the onion by hand! I would not recommend buying this item unless you want to build up your muscles from cranking on it like a lawnmower.
