I have very oily skin and large pores but this mask does a great job at correcting both of those problems without being harsh or irritating. It’s basically kaolin clay with activated charcoal and you can literally feel your pores starting to tighten up as it dries on your face. It easily washes off, leaving your skin feeling clean and soft but not overly dry and irritated like some masks can do. It only takes about ten to twenty minutes to dry once applied and it’s gentle enough that you could probably use it every night if you wanted to (I use it about three times a week). I highly recommend it for anyone with large pores and oily or sensitive skin, though I’m sure it would work equally well for all skin types.

I have been using this Brickell Men's Purifying Charcoal Face Mask Skin Care Product, Natural and Organic Activated Charcoal Facial Mask With Detoxifying Kaolin Clay, 4 Ounce, Unscented for about three weeks now so around 6 or 7 times and it is great for refreshing my face giving it this very clean feeling. I don't typically use a lot of face masks but my wife wants me to here and there so I gave this a try. I'd say the only thing I noticed was it did take a little effort to wash off which seems expected for any mask of this type. I am not sure if it the right way to do it but the last two times I have washed my faced off in the shower and it worked great while also saving me some overall time.I have dry to normal skin and haven't had any issues or adverse reactions to it so far. The ingredients are fairly simple which I like. A little bit seems to work just fine which helps the product last longer. All in all I am very happy with this charcoal face mask and will get again.

I’ve been using this face mask for just under 2 weeks.Pros: -The product application is dense so no need to use a large amount- Dries really quickly- Upon removal, skins feels nice and tight (refreshing)Cons:- Not necessarily a con but more of a heads up, don’t apply too much nor have on for too long because at times skin can become slightly irritated. Great product! Goes on smoothly and dries without feeling tight and uncomfortable. Has reduced my blackheads significantly and leaves my skin feeling fresh and cleaner. Doesn't take much product to cover my face so a jar seems to be lasting for a while, as I am applying twice a week. Cleans off easily, highly recommend this product from Brikell!

Today I wanted to review Brickell Men's Purifying Charcoal Face. After a week of use I have to say I like this product because it's smooth and easy to put on. As your putting it on you can feel a cool sensation and while wearing it you can feel it tightening the skin. After 20 min I just take a quick shower to remove the mask and my skin feels smooth and refreshed.I recommend to only use the purifying charcoal face mask no more than two times a week as directed.

Amazing! My face feels tighter and so smooth. And my pores don’t look so much like craters. The bottle says 1-2 time a week, but I think once is fine. When I first got the bottle, I thought it was a little small, but honestly, a little of this stuff goes a long way. Well worth the price.

This stuff is like a reset for your face. My skin tends to be a bit on the oily side and this mask feels like for your face what a clarifying shampoo can do for your hair. I love how clean and fresh my skin feels and using it at least a couple times a week there’s a noticeable difference in reducing that oily feeling overall.
