Xtreme Xplosives Series Headphone with remote and Mic Green (HAFX103G)

I've bought several pairs of these over the last few years. They are comfortable and loud. I wear hearing aids and my hearing these days is pretty bad. I love my music and can't afford a fancy pair of headphones. I've tried many kinds and I can hear with this brand Lear as a bell. I buy them for my kids also. They last quite awhile. I will continue to buy this kind and highly recommend them to anyone. I love these. Nothing compares so far.

These are the best earbuds that you will ever hear for such a good price. I'm on like pair number 4 in the last 5 years. They only had issues due to my fur babies getting to them 😂

Very good inexpensiev wired headphone. Good fidelity- nice base. I wish they had a no tangle cord- aside from that- no complaints

I like this model of headphones. I have for years. These ones work fine. I have had other ones of the same model have bad soldering. I seem to be unlucky lately since my audio Jack's have had weak soldering as well. But these ones I got have not failed yet. I used them for a while now. I pretty much keep them in my left pocket all the time.

I bought these as replacement for a pair my wife had been using. The others had the usual very light cords and had begun to fray, like so many seem to. These seem made of stronger stuff, so am hoping the will last longer. Neither my wife or I are serious audiophiles, so I can't add technical comments on sound quality, but for general listening, they do a great job.

I bought a pair of JVC HAFX1X earbuds back in 2012 and they've served me well for the past 8 years. I used them mostly as a cheap set of headphones I took with me on plane trips around the world. They were light, extremely portable, and came with a case. The bass quality was phenomenal and they truly felt like a pair of quality earbuds at an extremely affordable price. Not only that but they were stylish and reliable on top of it. They've took so much wear and tear over the years, I thought that they were indestructible. The only downside was they didn't have a volume control or a microphone, which to some, isn't a downside if they are going for cheap and minimalist. Nonetheless, JVC earned a loyal customer. Unfortunately, the acoustic outlet was caved in after cleaning up the wax buildup from my ears so I decided to pick up a new pair.Enter the HAFX103R. It's 6 years newer so it should be better right? Wrong. I took a chance on them with some expectations going in and I was a bit disappointed. Price is roughly the same but bass has been turned way, way done. The difference is night and day when you swap them. Additionally sound quality is just a tad bit lower as well although this isn't as noticeable. It should be noted that size decreased by roughly 40-50% so that probably accounts for the drop in bass. I'm a slightly bigger guy (6'4) so my ears are a bit larger. These new earbuds can almost be placed almost all the way into my ears as opposed to the previous ones which stuck out a bit and felt just right. The only pro is that they come with a microphone to be used on your phones which I haven't tested yet.Oh and I wouldn't use either for the working out at the gym as they tend to fall out. For the gym, I got a nice set of over the ear bluetooth headphones.My honest recommendation? Pass these up and get the JVC HAFX1X if you just wanna listen to music on long trips. They are still good quality at a cheap price even in 2020.

I have been using this particular product for a number of years, because they are inexpensive. The tenor and bass isn't good quality but excellent for this price point! I used these for outdoor work, just incase I lose them, I will not suffer a huge lost.

I did buy again. Great earbuds. Sound AWESOME. Had the first pair for over a year. My dog decided to eat them. I had to have the same exact pair. Lucky, I found them. Ordered a pair of Sony MDR-EX15AP because I hear great reviews about them Plugged them in, thought they sounded great, then immediately on the same song, plugged in these JVC HA-FX103M-R and was blown away. Truly the best.

Good sound. Mic isn't overly sensitive, but I don't have to raise my voice to be heard. Music sounds great, not tinny. Can handle bass. The mic does a good job of not picking up wind or rustling/movement on a jacket. For their price, I'm pleasantly surprised.
