Q: Is there any alcohol in this product?

It's dry and won't stick so not sure if there is alcohol o it. Is there suppose to be?

Q: Does it whiten porcelain

Nothing will whitten porcelain crowns, veneer or composite (white) fillings

Q: Can you put these on before bed and sleep in them?

I have put these on my teeth before bed and slept in them. They do work that way but they don't dissolve as quickly as when you just put them on during the day. I woke up with a slimy feeling in my mouth. That doesn't happen when I use them during the day.
