I'm using this product to resolve issues with vaginal dryness that interferes with satisfying sexual intercourse. These individually wrapped tubes are very easy to use and effective. A single applicator with multiple refills resulted in messy discharge overnight and thus loss of product.

They do reduce dryness. I'm post-menopausal, so I needed this -- but they are no substitute for seeing a pelvic floor physical therapist and getting dilators, which I now believe most post-menopausal women should do -- especially, if, like me, you've had a hysterectomy.I do like this brand better than the competing ones. The other ones irritate me.

Had to find an alternative for the expensive prescription for dryness and I am so glad I found this on Amazon.
