We bought this direct from Bosch for our new mum 5 series mixer as, unlike the nearly identical and considerably cheaper version for the mum 4 machines, this isn't available on Amazon or anywhere else in the UK we could find. It came packed with sales material about various Bosch cleaning products and some free kettle cleaner. The instructions were the usual multi-lingual pictorial efforts but were still quite easy to follow. It does it's job well, fitting firmly and easily to the mixer and soon got through the slices of bacon we used to try it out on.It has a built in, easily replaceable " shear-pin" type gadget in the drive mechanism that snaps if it jams. It breaks down easily for cleaning and though it has the usual pockets where the food hides in till you dismantle everything, it's relatively easy to clean manually. This is probably a good idea as though it is nominally dish washer proof, the bright finish soon tarnished to the lead-like appearance of something out of the bottom of a car boot rummage box. It comes with one all purpose cutter disc. If you want the fine and coarse versions, they're as rocking-horse and expensive as the mincer. The other gadgets that may be seen for it in the Bosch catalogue are also pretty dear, perhaps as everything seems to have to come from Germany one bit at a time.The mum5 mixer seems pretty popular on the continent, with no end of demos on line. We can't see why it's not very well supported here.(Although we must add it's fairly easy to identify and order spares for most Bosch gear if you're a home repair type) With little change out of eighty quid, and a couple of hundred or so to go if you want the rest of the toys, it's not a cheap buy, but look up the cost of competing quality makes like Kenwood and it doesn't look so bad.

Works extremely well. Very pleased with the minced results. Just make sure that the meat pieces are chopped reasonable small. Easy to fit and comes apart to clean very easily.

Have already got a stand alone mincer but this is much superior bar far a must have. For making sausages pity attachments needed were not included.

Ich habe mir den Fleischwolf gekauft, da ich mir gerne mein eigenes frisches Hackfleisch machen wollte. Ich habe mir auch gleich noch die 2 zusätzlichen Lochscheiben dazugekauft (kleinere und größere Lochung als die mitgelieferte). Der Fleischwolf an sich ist wie auch alles andere sehr leicht an die MUM5 anschließbar (siehe mein Bild). Maschine anschalten, grob zerkleinertes Fleisch hineingeben und mit dem Stößel nachschieben und kurz darauf kommt auch schon wunderbares Hackfleisch heraus. Dass die Maschine (MUM 54230 - 7 Stufen) damit Mühe hätte - Fehlanzeige. Geschmacklich war das Hackfleisch wesentlich besser als fertig gekauftes, vor allem da man auch den Fettanteil so problemlos beeinflussen kann. Das Reinigen ist auch problemlos - der Fleischwolf ist komplett demontierbar (siehe mein Bild) (Gehäuse, Schnecke, Messer, Lochscheibe, Schale ...) und leicht zu reinigen somit ist es auch verschmerzbar, das er nicht spülmaschinentauglich ist. Für den Fleischwolf existieren noch 3 zusätzliche Vorsätze: Bosch MUZ45SV1 Spritzgebäckvorsatz / für Fleischwolf zu Bosch Küchenmaschinen MUM4... MUM5... , Bosch MUZ45RV1 Reibevorsatz / für Fleischwolf zu Bosch Küchenmaschinen MUM4... MUM5... und Bosch MUZ45FV1 Fruchtpressenvorsatz / passend zu Bosch Fleischwolf der Küchenmaschinen MUM4... und MUM5... . Da ich bereits die Zitruspresse und die Reibscheibe für den Durchlaufschnitzler habe, kommt auch wegen des hohen Preises des Fruchtpressenvorsatzes (100 EUR UVP / 80 EUR - Amazon) maximal noch der Spritzgebäckvorsatz für mich in Frage. Der Fleischwolf an sich ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, das zusätzliche Zubehör macht Ihn aber noch vielseitiger.

Realizzato in metallo pesante tranne la vaschetta ed il pestello. Facile da assemblare e da collegare alla planetaria. Utilizzato per la prima volta ha svolto il suo lavoro senza problemi. Promosso.

Tardé bastante tiempo en decidirme, pero ha valido la pena. La quería para hacer albóndigas y hamburguesas, que antes hacía picando la carne con un famoso robot de cocina bastante más caro, y ni punto de comparación. Pica la carne perfectamente, y si bien es verdad que no se puede limpiar en el lavavajillas, se desmonta perfectamente y no he tenido problemas para dejarlo limpio. He leído en algún sitio que hay que limpiar la carne de nervios para que no se atasque. Yo pongo dos partes de ternera y una de cerdo y no he quitado nada, sólo he procurado que sea carne de calidad, porque luego se nota mucho en el sabor. Ha funcionado perfectamente. Recomiendo su compra.

Le kit parfait pour faire sa viande hachée soi-même ! S'adapte très facilement sur ma machine (attention au modèle de votre machine) et très utile aussi pour faire les spritzbredle (biscuits sablés spritz)
