The book is very handy it gives plenty of little tips and tricks for beginners on whittling and a few starter whittling objects you can create the book is not long to read if your a visual learner which is great all in all worth the purchase for a beginner

Bought this book for my daughter who is an absolute [older]beginner. Lots of easy projects to have a go at. She was really pleased with this book.

It’s nice to have a book to refer to; but in this instance, I’ve found better success in watching videos online to see how it’s done as pics/text don’t always fully capture it. This book is good if you’re looking for a more in depth explanation but I didn’t find many projects that I actually wanted to do in it

This book contains loads of ideas and tasks for someone interested in whittling. The projects are varied and it is a good place to start to know about how to use the different tools. It also has a good section on learning different techniques, as a beginner. My only hesitation is the fact that the projects themselves can be quite complex for a beginner. This could be more appropriate for someone who has had a little bit of experience and skill in whittling first.

Verdaderamente lo compré porque trabajo con madera y me hizo gracia, pero trae cosas que están curiosas para pasar un buen rato. La unica pega es que viene todo en inglés, pero aunque no lo domines mucho te apañas porque es muy ilustrativo
