They seemed to work if i could have used. If you have bad hands too they do not work. I was going to wear to bed spent half hour trying to put them on my hands hurt horrible. Then read you should not wear while sleeping, so then had to take them off, I hurt so bad after that. I have RA in hands and feet so make sure your hands have the strength. They are supposed be tight maybe needed to try next size up. I hope they work for you, my son loves his

I strained a tendon in my foot and had to work a 10 hour wedding day as a photographer which meant 10 hours straight on my feet. I ordered this and wore it over my sock in my tennis shoes and had NO pain all day even though when I woke up and walked around my pain was an 8/10. It is lightweight enough to wear with shoes but still compressive and supportive.
