Ordered these on prime day and receive them quite quickly. Was super disappointed when the frames would not snap properly to the front face of the unit. Upon inspection, the molds of the frame and the unit did not line up. We discovered that there are two different versions of the same model. One with a pull out drawer which we ordered, and another with a flip front drawer. It's not obvious in the limited photos we found, but the flip front has a indent in the lower part of the frame for your fingers to grab the door; whereas, the pull out drawer does not have that indent. This indent--along with another subtle differences on the back side of the top of the frame--are what make this piece incompatible with the unit we received. No one else spoke about this in the reviews so we ordered a replacement set. As soon as I opened the box I saw the front frame with the finger indent....ugh. I still gave it a shot but it does not fit. I would love to connect with the manufacturer to determine what is going on, but there does not seem to be a way to connect with even the seller on these via Amazon. The instructions suggest that the frame piece should be attached to the bottom of the unit during shipping, but in both cases our frames were loose inside of the drawers... Not sure that means anything but it was a pretty quick indicator to us that these were likely not the correct pieces. We will be returning these because I should not have to alter them to make them work... Especially not for the price. If I am able to get the proper pieces, I'll update this review as I am hopeful these will be great for storage. Update: I reached the customer service team but they were not very helpful. When I asked the rep to provide me with the different parts schematics for these units I was ignored. I was told I have the right part despite the instructions clearly showing a different one. It's also clear when looking at their full catalog and how the unit is assembled that this part is incompatible. Initially I was led to believe replacement pieces would be possible, but ultimately I was told they didn't have the ability to send any. We decided to try 1 more time with a replacement. After starting this saga over 5 weeks ago, a 3rd set finally arrived and we still received a mismatched set!! This is clearly a quality issue with Iris. Not sure if it's just the batch Amazon received, but I'm baffled how more people are not posting this issue. Very disappointed given the dimensions and color are perfect for our setup. I'll have a hard time ever purchasing from this company moving forward.

Works great. I use them for extra storage both inside my closet and in my room underneath the window.

This item is not worth the money. The drawer shelves were extremely flimsy for something this price. The sides were wavy and could only be held straight by attaching the tops. Worst of all, the frames to complete the drawer simply did not fit. They did not match up with the pre-drilled holes. The drawer was also dirty inside the box. This needed to be returned. So disappointed.

They were minor damages and they were on the top unfortunately my PTSD does not let me stress over stuff like this enough to handle it so I just kept them

Ordered to use for extra storage in camper, just the right size, easy to assemble and once together quite sturdy. Package did arrive w/ one base that had a crack in the side, should still be usable once assembled. Only needed 2 but not available in quantity <4. will find some use for the others

The sides of the drawer frames were so bent that the tops would not go on properly. So after wasting way too much time struggling to get them secured I decided to return them. Also, when I opened the box, the top lid in the stack of tops was filthy. When I used a cleaning wipe it turned black it was so dirty. Buyer BEWARE.

I already have some of these drawers that are awesome but these ones were sent with the wrong front piece and could not be put together. When I looked into returning because of this I was going to have to pay for the shipping to return.

I bought these again because I liked the original product but the only issue is that they are different material/cheaper plastic than the original; which also came broken but it's too much work and energy to re-do.
