Q: Do the display ports work? A lot of reviewers claimed the display posts didn’t work, only the hdmi ports

I managed to determine the DisplayPorts actually do work! None of my (both active and passive) DisplayPort to HDMI adapters I tried worked. But I bought the following DisplayPort cable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09KRX36LR?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details and plugged it in directly to my LG monitor (it has a DisplayPort connection). And all 3 DisplayPorts actually worked! I am currently using a multi-monitor setup using 1 HDMI port and 1 DisplayPort from this graphics card. I want to update my review to 4 stars (from 2) because I thought the DisplayPorts were not working but for some reason, I can't edit my earlier review.

Q: Is this gpu compatible with an asrock taichi x399 threadripper motherboard?

Most likely I'm using an ASRock 970 pro board with fx6300 processor. It's pcie 2.0 and card works pretty good considering it's pcie 4.0 capable.

Q: Will this work in dell optiplex i5 6500?

If your dell is Small form factor, then there is not enough space for this card to fit in the case. Also you might be limited by you PSU bc you need external power cable

Q: Can i buy 2 of these and run them in the same pc? If i can what extra things will i need?

No. Multi-GPU setups used to be possible, but it's been about a decade since that was a thing. Also, if you have the money for two of these you'd be WAAAAAAY better off with a single, more expensive GPU that's a tier higher. You could get a 6650XT for that kind of money.
