Damaged corners.
All these tiles arrived with one or more of their corners broken. Fortunately, by cutting them to size, I only needed about half the tiles to cover the required ceiling space - so all's well. However, the tiles did need safer packaging.

Cut tiles to fit with a fine tooth saw - take care with the tile corners
