The AM/PM labels match to each other when looking at the case from the AM opening side. This can be confusing when turned to open the PM side the days of the week are in reverse order. Took me some time to get used to that. The container has Braille lids for those with low vision. The tops can be removed for easy filling. The containers close tightly, this is a plus if you're clumsy like me. I have dropped it several times and it has not spilled the pills. But it is also a con, as it makes them difficult for me to open. The lip protrudes about a 16th of an inch, it might help if it was a little larger. I have found that if I push them inward they open easier, but I feel like they will break in a bit with use, and then be easier to open. I would not recommend these for those who have arthritis of the hands or is easily confused.

This is an item I needed as a replacement for a box that was falling apart. Hesitant to purchase as many negative reviews gave one star. The compartments looked small when it arrived. But my daughter who is a nurse was there. She took my old pill case and poured a complete morning's pills into this case. They fit! And there was room for more. That hurdle jumped I moved on to the strength and construction. Seemed okay, so I gave it a try. It is now at least six months later and nothing has broken. There is a slight indentation on each lid at the edge. That makes the lid so easy to lift. It holds seven large pills and even my vitamins and omega-3. Could not be happier. At my age I don't believe I will wear it out.

I’ll purchase this because I was tired of pulling out the pills I needed to take in the morning and the pills I need to take at night in one daily pillbox. With that said let’s talk about the box itself. The flaps that open up actually come completely out so you can pull them out in one big strip each for a.m. and p.m., Making it easier to fill your pillbox once a week (because that’s what I do.) The strips then just go right back in as easily as they came out. The one and only reason I gave this product four and not five overall was because some of the flaps don’t tend to latch as well as I would like them to. I tip the pill container to get all the pills I need out and so it’s very important that each other of the flaps are shut tightly. It’s still a great pillbox and exactly what I needed and it holds 5 to 10 pills in each slot.

The compartments were hard to open at first, took some getting used to.

While functional, the organizer has small tabs that aren't as easy to open as it should be. When refilling, easily opening all sides should be quick while retaining a secure hold when closed. Design of this organizer could be better. The printing on the top stating date and AM/PM comes off almost immediately. Completely unacceptable.

Great organizer

Nice sized organizer, the design is big which leaves the room I need to fill it- some are not as easy! It’s sturdy and the flaps snap shut so you can hear when they are “locked”closed. It was nice and quick to fill because of its size, I’m sure you could travel with it if you wanted. It is fully plastic so it will be easy to wipe out to clean or run through the dishwasher but I would not use heat to dry it. Worth the buy, when you have to keep track of medication for daily usage
