I bought this as a stand to get a Berkey off the counter top so I could get larger cups and pots under the spigot. In the questions section on Amazon's product page, someone said this fits Berkey filters even though its not designed for them. I ordered it based on that info combined with the dimensional specs in the description. Indeed, it works, but with modification. It fits the Crown Berkey filter base with the four metal loops removed. I popped them off with the vice grips. I suppose that's what happens when you force match products no designed for one another.My Berkey holds 5 gallons and that's a lot of weight. The stand holds up fine, though one leg is just a hair higher than the rest when the filter is empty. Overall, we like it, it works.

well made, sleek-looking and works well to hold our water filtering system

Holds my propur filter well and is sturdy. Could be a half-inch taller to fit standard glasses below it but otherwise works well and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again if need be.

Build quality is more than adequate. It supports a stainless steel crock and 3 gallon glass carboy with ease. The reason for 4/5 stars is that the legs were/are slightly different lengths. I had to splay two legs slightly to keep it from wobbling. It's a minor issue, and is resolved easily. Good product overall.

stand for water filter seems to be built very well, I thought it was a little steep in price for a stand.

Overpriced, but a necessity for the Royal Berkey.

Expensive, but it works to hold my Berkey Tank
